Heart of the Jito

Heart of the Jito is a part of the main story campaign, Jin's Journey, during Act 3: Kill the Khan.

Synopsis[]

Jin must sneak into his adolescent home, Castle Shimura, and leave a note for his uncle, Lord Shimura, in the hopes that the samurai will join him and his allies in the final battle against Khotun Khan and the Mongol Empire's forces on Tsushima.

Objectives[]

Speak with Yuna at Jogaku Temple
Follow Yuna to the stables
Choose a new horse
- You'll have 2 or 3 to choose from, depending upon which version of the game you're playing
- You'll also have to pick a new name: again, there are 3 names to choose
Mount your horse and travel to Castle Shimura
- You can fast travel to Kubara Crossing
- A cutscene will play as you get close to the lake/waterfall area
Enter Castle Shimura from the north
- It is very important that you are not seen and you do not attack any guards as the quest will fail
Sneak into Lord Shimura's quarters
Leave the letter for Lord Shimura

Journal Entry[]

When the next storm hits, we attack Khotun Khan. We may not succeed, but with the right help we may stand a chance. I should check on Yuna at Jogaku Temple to make our preparations.
