Ronin (class)

The Ronin fought for the people and the spirits of Tsushima.
These warriors heal their allies, and, some say, can even raise the dead.

Ronin is a class in Ghost of Tsushima: Legends. They are the only class that can revive its allies solely via its ability, Breath of Izanami, the only class who has access to the bomb pack without an additional perk, and the only class able to increase their ghost weapon damage via their abilities. Besides the assassin, Ronin are the only other class that has access to the blowgun. Ronin can also weaken enemies via only their abilities through the weakening burst and their ultimate ability technique, staggering breath. Furthermore, Ronin are able to summon both spirit dogs and spirit bears to aid their allies in combat without needing to purchase them via the shrines.

The Ronin class represents both characters, Ryuzo and Kojiro, who were the leaders of the Straw Hats ronin, although they haven't met.

The only way to acquire bomb packs and the ronin charm in Legends is the play as the Ronin. This charm has 4 unique perks, which are:

Spirit Bear: A perk that transforms the Ronin's spirit animal from a wolf to a bear
Healing spirit: A perk that surrounds the ronin's spirit animal with a healing aura, which heals all allies in its radius.
Healing Incense Radius: A perk that increases the radius of the Ronin's Healing Incense ability.
Healing Incense Duration: A perk that increases the duration of the Ronin's Healing Incense ability.

If used in conjunction with each other, the ronin can gain access to a spirit bear which emits a healing aura, or large and long lasting incense pot.

Techniques[]

The Ronin's techniques focus on supporting and reviving fallen allies via its ultimate healing-centered ability, Breath of Izanami. Perks often focus on increasing max Resolve or additional benefits to Breath of Izanami.
