The sole melee weapons in the player's arsenal in Ghost of Tsushima, the Sakai Steel is a set of bladed weapons consisting of a katana and a tanto. It can be upgraded separately, and its aesthetics customised by the use of Sword Kits. The Sakai Steel is the heirlooms of the Sakai Clan, and was inherited by Jin Sakai after the death of his father, Kazumasa.
