The Iron Hook is part of the main story campaign, Jin's Journey, during Act 1: Rescue Lord Shimura.
Synopsis[]
Taka has completed the grappling hook for Jin Sakai, but first, Jin needs to help his childhood friend, Ryuzo and the Straw Hat Ronin if he wants their help rescuing his uncle. Ryuzo asks Jin to help him rescue the Ronin prisoners that were captured by the Mongols and held at Fort Yatate. This task will give Jin the opportunity to test out Taka's hook to see how it performs before tackling Castle Kaneda. Once inside the fort, Jin must approach his goal in ghost mode if he doesn't want the Mongols to kill all of the prisoners, as they are holding more than just the Straw Hats.

I almost have everything I need to save my uncle from Castle Kaneda. Sensei Ishikawa, Lady Masako, and Ryuzo’s Straw Hats are poised for the rescue mission. All I need is a tool to scale the castle walls, and Taka is hard at work on the task. I should check on Yuna in the town of Komatsu Forge.
