A small bell that creates an enticing sound when thrown.
― In-game
The wind chime is a Ghost Weapon used by Jin Sakai. Jin can only invest one point into the wind chime skill tree, which will grant him access to Firecrackers. Jin can hold a maximum of ten wind chimes at a time.
Gameplay[]
Guards will investigate odd sounds. These chimes can be a distraction... or lure.
― Jin Sakai
When thrown, the Wind Chime causes a distraction and draws the attention of one nearby enemy. If Jin equips The Charm of Toxic Demise, the wind chime will release poison vapors that kill enemies who pick them up. The Wind Chime is the only Ghost Weapon that cannot be upgraded; instead, if the player invests a skill point into the Wind Chime Tree, they will gain access to a new ghost weapon: the Firecracker, which upon impact attracts the attention of multiple enemies. Before Jin throws the Wind Chime, he will be able to visually identify which specific enemy will be distracted. Unless Jin has the Charm of Toxic Demise equipped, the Wind Chime will do no damage.
